The above photo originally belonged to Kenneth Cline in Sni Mills. He had mailed this photo to Don Owings in Sni Mills several years ago.
We have been told that this photo could possibly be a picture of Sni Mills in the 1800's.
Does anyone have any information that could clarify this?
